I’ll help you find the sweet spot to attract serious offers. 

What percentage of the final home sale price do you charge?

Commissions typically range from 2–3% per agent, depending on the situation. I believe in being transparent and fair, so don’t hesitate to ask — I’ll walk you through how it works. It’s important that you feel confident about where your money is going and how I earn it.

Do I need a real estate agent?

Technically, no — but I’d love to help you see why it can make a big difference. If you're buying, the agent’s commission is usually covered by the seller, so working with me won’t cost you a thing. If you're selling, using an agent can often help you get more money and avoid costly mistakes. Many people who try For Sale By Owner (FSBO) end up listing with an agent later anyway.
